Hey guys... I just got my 2012 Civic SI Coupe and I need to lower them. Not slammed but just enough to eliminate the wheel gap. Any recommendations on springs? Ride quality is important for me as well. Thanks

Coilovers stay away from springs
That really depends on where one lives and how low they want to go. Snow/salt are not friendly to coilovers if you think you ever want to adjust them.
That being said, I suggest H&R springs. Perfect drop. Great ride quality.
Really depends on the spring, but realistically, you would have to replace your shocks at maybe 45,000 miles instead of 50,000. Not really a big deal.Shocks won't last long with aftermarket springs, unless he will upgrade them as well. There are many ways to prevent your coilovers from corrosion.

My usual suggestion is if you were planning to own the car more than a year after the spring install get upgraded struts like KYB or simple coils like Megan which is one of the cheaper coil brands almost equal to springs and strut replacement.
Stock shocks will never last 50K miles on lowering springs.
Only 2012 but I'm not sure how reliable or if it's a title year mislabel. http://www.jcwhitney.com/1975-2012-...trut-assemblies/p2017690d894y1975-2012j1.jcwx
