Whats the purpose of that? ive driven in spain and costa rica using my canadian drivers license.

What Webby said....plus it covers a ton of other countries. This permit also lasts for a year.

I missed out on Tokyo Go-Karts through the city last year because I didn't have a license that worked in Japan -- I'm assuming this is what they meant.

It's where I get all of my drinks from ( they are literally placed every few steps ), but I haven't tried any of the Crepe or Ramen ones that you see in the arcades yet.
I'll probably get more pics today when I go to Koto.

...These did taste exactly like a weird approximation of Barbecue meat in sauce. Was kind of alarmed.
