Basically. You would think I'd know the differences but I don't pay attention.

We had a local church's chicken bbq dinner. We like to patronize as many churches' dinners as we can all summer long.

Tonight, each meal was a half-chicken, pepper cabbage, baked beans, apple sauce, baked potato, dinner roll, cookies or ice cream. All for $8.

It was delicious, and I ate all of mine... I am super stuffed.

My first attempt at caramel sauce on my first attempt at a poached pear = bitter caramel

Take 2 = perfection

I'm eating it as I type this... it's absolutely amazing...
