Made pepperoni calzone from scratch. I didn't have ricotta cheese though. :drolling:

Next time, I'll add ground beef and ricotta cheese.

Last week, chicken vindaloo, could've been a bit hotter, gonna use a habanero next time.

Of course if you're going to the dragon next year the main meal will be cooked provided by me and any other volunteers (cooking contest??)
