2001 Neon granny car 67,800, SRT-4 neon 109K Very Hard miles -engine stills runs excellent, body rusted under Neath from salt damage. The Neon 2001 is the lowest mileage car I could find of that specific model on a internet search-ya 19 yrears old now and has a 99 cent key, no power windows, no tnps, no abs, and weighs only 2600 pds and gets around 35mpg on 87 gas- $13,000 brand new in 2001.
