I agree. I don't believe in having pets that you need to feed other potential pets to (so I'll never own a snake for example because I couldn't handle feeding it mice/rats). I was fine with the piranah as long as he was eating liver chunks, which were the agreed upon terms of his presence in the household.

I know it's the circle of life Webby but I sure have no intentions of intervening and providing live dinner! In the wild they are on their own.

Our lizard loves crickets, so we have live crickets that we take care of as well and it's kinda fun to drop them into his cage and watch him stalk them and eat them...

Yeah...we went through that...I hated it. Can't do it anymore. Used to have to feed crickets and mealworms.
Haha, whether I needed to feed them to something else or not... the crickets would drive me insane and mealworms give me the heebie jeebies. We had them in the classroom once for a life cycle unit and they creep me out.

I caught this cute little eastern fence lizard yesterday. It was so cute and I really wanted to keep it badly, but I didn't want to feed it crickets. So once the birds went away (that wanted to eat him) I released him.
He's about 3 1/2-4" long tip to tail. They pop/click their throats kinda like a frog (no not those green anoles that pop out their dewlaps) but don't make a noise. It's eerie when they do that in your hand

Here she is relaxing on the bed under the fan lol

Here is a pic right after the first one. She rolled over and was right next to my phone (that's why its so close)

Last one. I had to back up to take this but you can see her mitten paws (thumbs) :)

She is an awesome cat. I definitely wasn't a fan of cats until her :)

Where's your seatbelt man!?!!? That's cute with the dog up there but I'd worry about an accident. :(

I'm not sure?! I usually ALWAYS have it on, just for the fact that the i-MID drives me crazy if I don't have it on. I think I took it off for a second for some reason and the girlfriend just happened to snap a picture. I'm always nervous about driving with our dogs too, but I'm not sure how else to drive with them. What's everyone else do?

I seatbelt my dog in, in the back seat usually. Her harness makes it easy to attach to the seat belt or you can buy doggy seat belts. By law in NJ I think you have to have them restrained or you can get ticketed.
