ehh. depends what you consider hard. I'd say a 3, on a 1-10 scale. Remove all the clips on the bottom of the bumper, remove the fog lights (1 screw on each, big deal). remove the top 2 clips for the grille, and the 2 allen bolts. Then there is 2 screws in the bumper hiding in the wheel wells. remove them. Rip off the bumper, remove old headlights (3 10mm bolts). then install the new lights, only "mods" that need to be done is tapping into the stock harness for the turn signals and parking lights, since on the euro/asian lights the parking lamp and turn signal are separate bulbs instead of one.
