Who was it that got cheaper ones? Those are better bc they are much cheaper than the Speedstars.

damn .... just ordered extended lugs a couple days ago. didn't know they were a different seat. i dont want to seem cheap but 40$ seems steep for those little things. does it cause damage with out it or just not safe?
You can ruin the the wheel if you do not use the correct seated lug. And it isn't safe since there will be a small surface contact between the lugnuts and the wheel. I wouldn't recommend it. I found the site with the cheaper adapters. Here it is: http://www.pacificcustoms.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=PC&Product_Code=whl005

Here are some pics of the tow hook from Yospeed Will look better once the spring comes and I get the summer wheels with the purple lugs back on and once I get my drop installed when I get my tax return back.

Please excuse the mess of my car...as you can see the weather isn't ideal here now for cleaning :P

I'm filled with mixed feelings of jealousy and rage. This is what my car would look like if it wasn't half a decade old.

I'm curious to see how the purple will look. I put a red tow hook on my car because I figured it would match my Habanero Red well.. but now I'm thinking I should swap it for a purple one. Interesting contrast!
Yospeed, you shouldn't have mixed feelings or rage. You're FG2 was so badass. I followed you on the 8thcivic. Your ideas are as sick as Tee's.

Does anybody know how to remove the wiper cowel on the 2012 Civic Si? If I can get a warm day here I want to remove this so I can remove the back plastic portion of the engine cover to paint it the same colour as my car (like I did with the front one).
