Alright.... so if i'm gonna get wheels for summer of 2013 it looks like i won't have the budget for TE 37 SL's.... :(

Any suggestions on decent rims? Been looking at ROTAs.. would like something light gray-ish no black rims.. makes it look like steelies in the shade. And hopefully under $250 a rim if i'm gonna go cheap :)

For those who haven't seen my car it's a black SI HFP Coupe...

I love the RSM9s :)

pricey though. I love the black with machined lip look on a black car :) I know that's not what you look for.

Not sure how well they fare on roads though. Something to investigate for sure.

Budget wise Touren TR10 I like as well but so damn heavy.

How about buying a wheel with a shape that you like and go crazy with plasti dip. You can do more than one shade with masking tape :)

Gun metallic Mugen GPs. I'm saving up for a set, if you keep looking around you can find them for a good price.

yeah these are all great suggestions... i really liked the SL's because of the red decal on them. Makes them look amazing when driving! Also hate different color lips :/

It's A Fast Pig!
Konigs are quite inexpensive and are usually very light compared to similar replicas.

Got a size/width/offset preference? Before I recommend you something super safe like a 17x7.5 +45.

will you be reusing the tires you have on the hfp's, or all new tires/wheels?
new tires.. these are too soft and shitty, i get flats from driving on gravel

Get spacers! I did 25mm rear and 15mm fronts. Spacers are a fairly cheap solution to get your HFP rims to fit for now
yeah? 25mm is still pretty small... Did you use the stock lugs or did the spacer come with them

also, did you use hub centric ones?
