I don't want to get called out on Facebook like Sleepingpanda, so I'll just say I literally got the first one sold. I tried to install it. Why would I recycle pieces that work? I've put three of these on 12's. @Arm0gedd0ns included. I "heard" they're doing another redesign ANd just looking at the pictures....they look like difFerent bends and the welds are on the other side of the sensor. A little different? To each his own. webby Arm0ged0n bozo88 chadoku

Well long as they have a 2012+ cai out now I good. Did you have to remove the resonator behind the bumper?

they say it would help get more cool air into the bay... with the injen cai right now with my long commutes, i notice it does heat up quite a bit. specially we been getting pretty good weather here in the dmv lately.

So do we know when the 2013 injen cai will be released? I would rather wait for that ifs supposed to be better

Yea that sounds like a good idea will do later in the day will update with the info I got

to be honest i dont know if it would make any difference, design wise. 2012-2013 are pretty much exactly the same engine bay setup.. as far as where the filter is gona be located and all.
they may change the welds or the bends, but i think its still going to be located behind or close to the radiator under the battery. But if your gona call em let us know if theyre any breakthrough lol.

im happy with it, imo i just think it needs a tune otherwise the only noticeable difference is the sound. also i dont know if its in my head but i feel a lag at partial throttle - could be heatsoak from behind the radiator. Would you be able to ask injen about this too bro? thanks!

did you have your VSC off? i felt the same lag at first, especially before a tune. you could try turning VSC off, i found that even if i didnt put the throttle all the way down, the tires would still want to spin and the VSC was causing a lag.

you dont necessarily have to see the light come on, the engine will cut power for what feels like half a second if the tires start to spin just a little bit, that might be the lag he's feeling
