The new rear has different shape to the taillights, so it'll likely be a lot more involved.

That's ehat I am trying to figure out, but can't from pictures. I know there will me more to it then just a bumper swap like the front, you need a new trunk, bumper and lights, but will the out side half of the 2013 tailights even fit? That's the only issue I would see with doing the swap.

Well that's the big question mark. No one has tested it to confirm.
