Ok my car is 2013 civic si after install the prl rbc kit and fill coolant full start up and leave coolant cap off keep topping off coolant trying to blurb the air out and had laptop logging I see my coolant temp keep going up and my fan still not kicking in? Temp reach up to 210 so I turn off car my lower hose is cold and upper is hot seems like thermostat is not opening so I can really bleed the air out, any ideas what could it be all connection are recheck it plug in as it is,

I have not done anything to "burp" the coolant system either time...I tore it all apart to put the P2R thermal gasket on yesterday. All I did was fill the radiator itself and the reservoir. No temp problems.

Did you buy premixed coolant or make sure you mixed it properly?

Did you remember to hook up the clip that is under the RBC near the radiator? It is connected to the same bundle as the MAP sensor.

I would say check all of your sensors connections and make sure everything is plugged in right.
I did the same thing as you, started the car and let it idle for 15 minutes while adding coolant as needed until it was completely topped off.

When you had the radiator cap off was the coolant inside moving around?. Its odd that only one hose is getting hot , maybe thermostat is stuck closed?. They are usually fail safe and get stuck open , but you never know.
