Live from B-town...'13 TW SI Build Thread

Finally decided to start a build thread now that I have started to focus on adding to the car. Currently I have plans for the Spring time and will be spending the winter purchasing parts to put on this winter. So Till then this thread will be rather bland, but I cant wait till the weathers right and I can start to get this car looking the way I want.

haha i know. i've sat on it for awhile. just did have plans at the time for a build. Now however I do so I figured it was time. The Tsudo exhaust just arrived tonight. trying to figure out a way to open it up just to look at it but I havent found a way yet lol

it takes a little while to get here being as its coming from overseas. They didnt provide a tracking #. I placed my order on 27 Nov and it arrived today. I really cant complain about them what so ever. As I said, I'll be doing my armrest through them as well.

sooooo...tried to put my new Spoon mirror on today. Came in the mail today (a day late) for christmas. lesson learned...dont push in on the middle of the mirror while trying to install..press on the edges.

oh well....got my Mugen Radiator Cap in today as well from ICB. least I didnt break that lol

Installed my Bride Shift boot and purchased a Mugen Oil Cap tonight

Redid the Bride boot today with my homie. wasnt able to staple it down and it was sliding out. Redline def made this to be a tight fit over the shifter.

and dang...I just love them emblem

now that we got it in better. hopefully it'll stay. redline cut this thing to be hella tight and stiff. It just fits with a lot of pulling. we didnt have a staple gun handy so we resorted to a lil sewing to the base to get it to pull tight. hopefully it'll stay down this time.

this is what it was doing after a day the first time we put it on. no staples or anything. it only got worse all around as I drove. I just continued to pull out.

haha i know right. I wish I did have some. My GTI had them and miss them. But thats just the DRL's in the pic. Came out looking dope tho.
