I wouldn't be able to tell you the difference because I installed both at the same time but so far I feel the car accelerate faster and run smoother.

Love your mods, I'm in the market for springs but plan on staying with my 18s. You think the eibach would be better to keep the tires from rubbing? I like the stance of the H&Rs but don't want excessive rubbing.

H&Rs don't rub but the pro kit or swift springs will be better in the long run and won't limit your tire size
