Too much work, plus your ABS light will stay on non stop. New cars are more complicated than the older ones.
ABS? Or SRS?

The latter can be fixed with a resistor/occupancy mat. The prior has nothing to do with seats.

Which has nothing to do with the antilock brakes..

sums it up, but I'm sure @jrotax101 or @Nix has info they could add to the post. I know there have been some really serious injuries and deaths from those bars or aftermarket seatbelts

If you don't have fixed back seats, running a harness is silly and dangerous. (4points are unsafe)

To answer your question. No, I don't know where. If you want it for looks, go to a fabrication shop and ask them to make one.

I'd put my money towards a Recaro seat/s instead. :D

It's all for looks. I'm not.going to run seatbelts. I love the looks of a roll cage. And the harness bar just reminds me of a small cage. It would have no use obvious.

The harness bars are definitely a custom fab item. There are probably a few out there you could adapt but the mounting points aren't ideal and will leave holes in the interior plastic panels. Usually the bar is just to have a place to mount the harness straps and it goes directly behind the seat backs. You would lose access to the rear seats and some adjustability to your own seat. I know the rear seats probably don't get used much but they would definitely be blocked with one of those bars.

Good move not running an aftermarket seat. No one has put as much time into the design and safety of the car as the oem systems. You can swap in any other Honda drivers seat for your seat. Fitment and the rails might be different but as far as I know you could run a nice leather Accord EX-L seat if you wanted to.

I don't know if the single harness bar is going to give you the look you want.

This was an 8th gen harness bar. You can see that this one bolts into the stock seatbelt mounting locations. Which is where you want any type of bolt in "cage" to go.

Anything that bolts to the floor and not the stock mounting points will tear right out. Those areas on the car are reinforced heavily to withstand crash forces. I know you aren't planning on running harnesses, which is smart, but bars that bolt into the floor pans in the rear with anchors are not mounted properly. Even with large floor anchors the steel in those areas is not thick enough to stand up to the forces experienced in even a low speed crash.

Also, since you want this for looks, notice that the bar really isn't visible from the outside. This is how most "ricer" harness bars are.

Honestly, for the cost and the low visibility, skip it. Just my 0.02 on that.

Heres another similar setup with straps run: Run this and prepare to die. Or at least have your spine compressed and suffer severe debilitating nerve damage.

I know this is probably the look you want:

Just remember these are racing safety systems. SYSTEMS being the key word. They are for the track in conjunction with other safety measures designed to work together. They are not made for the street. Stick to the OEM safety equipment.

Stuff for the track is for the track. Race stuff is for racing.

Rice is Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement.

Don't mix them. You will be injured or die.

Not that I don't appreciate the effort and desire for a particular "look."

I am more of an advocate of replacing the seats if you want the interior to look nicer/sportier. There are plenty of safe, tested seats out there. Don't buy fake. Fake recaros and fake bride = no no.

I know nothing about that kit you bought. Does it run off a wire harness? What fuse was blowing? Were you running them as your high beams or?
No low beams. And it was blowing both low beam lights. And yes it has a wire harness
