Prl already offers a modified fuel cage and return setup. The basic one with a DW300c starts out at $1000 (with no injectors) though and it's capable of 600hp Max. They have the dual setup with a Bosch inline pump that is capable of 800+,but that's even pricier. My setup came out to about $500 (without injectors) and is already capable of 800+hp

Webby, the dw65c is a compact pump. Means it's drop in ready. Same thing with the DW300c. The walbro 450 is a whole different animal

Here's everything I trimmed on the stock cage to make the 450 pump fit. The fpr holder has to be trimmed almost down to nothing

Inside has to be bored out about 1/8in

Top has to almost match the bottom

With a little bit of force the pump clicks in

The nipple is exposed enough to be able to clamp a submersible fuel hose from the pump to the bulk fitting on top of the cage (haven't done this yet)

Also ran my 8an feed line

I live in Harrisburg, PA. I went through two turbo setups on my 8th so doing another is a breeze. I had the car in and out in a day. Couple of weekend ago I actually had another friend drive over from WV where me and two other friends that came over (from DC and Jersey) put on a KW kit on his 8then. We rebuilt the guy from jerseys trans since he shattered 2nd year. He's KW supercharged but with an 8th. And we put on downpipes on the guy from DC's 135i. Which we ended up taking out and putting the stock ones in since the aftermarket ones had shitty fitment and would rattle and had an exhaust leak

Slowly but surely. Dropped the engine in a couple of days ago. Haven't done anything else because I'm waiting for bs things like paint. Painted my IM wrinkle black, so along with that I decided to paint my valve cover wrinkle red

Had a minor set back with the manifold. There was a miscommunication between me and makspeed and they thought I was using a 5 speed trans so the flange for the turbo and wastegate was angled down a bit too much and the exhaust housing hit my gear selector and I couldn't go in the upper gears. No biggie, cut the manifold and welded it angled about 5in higher.

Do I do my intercooler piping in black or red?? The BOV and wastegate are both black. The turbo compressor housing is red
