It's not happening in 2018 so I'm thinking maybe in 2020?

I know their excuse in not putting the new boxer from the WRX into the STI is it is not a proven engine yet. That was, what, 2 years ago? Maybe 3? Maybe after 5 they can say it is finally a proven performance engine.
