Color? How many cans?

This was about 3.5 cans of black and 3 cans of gold metalizer.
The cans of gold metalizer shoots out way faster than the black, could only get about one coat on all 4 wheels per can.

Tbh its a pain dealing with all the leftover residue, pia dip peeling sessions, and the clear-coat paranoia my 8th gave me.. the roof hardly had any left before I got rid of her. I'd probably rather wrap it or save up for an actual paintjob.

What clearcoat are you guys using on the plasti-dip (if any)? I tried to Plasti-dip a set of wheels on my last car and it came out completely matte, and same with some badges I plasti-dipped for my brother.

What kind of prep work are you doing also, just cleaning or cleaning and sanding?
