Thanks for the feedback -- I think I'll go ahead and get one, then. I got one of those crash compilation videos in my recommended on YouTube, and it made me kinda want to get one in case something unfortunate happened. Everyone on the video kept saying that all they had to do was present their camera file to court and that was it.

If you can get a pair instead of one, I highly recommend you to do so. I need to get one for the rear after I watched some dashcam compilations in the past.

Anyone in this group live nearby Phelan, CA? I am almost ready to head out to Ventura County. I like to know if anyone live nearby Phelan, so I can see if it is worth taking a quick detour and test out my new suspension setup through Los Angeles National Forest.

My coolant temp went above 200F on my way home today. It was weird. I shut it off and turned the key on and the fans came on.

Just went out to look at it and the fans come on at 208F. I could have swore it was set to 190F in the tune. I've never seen the temp go above 190 before today.

Seems like i missed a lot. Been busy with work, kids, life, trying to find a project... and i did! Still working out when i can go pick it up from the seller. $800 for an ek hatch that needs a lot of love and a k swap. Runs currently with a d series, enough to get it back to the garage where the fun can begin. Has new wheels and tires, interior needs some...fixing. But Rome wasn't built in a day...
