Mine does a nice job and I'm happy with it, but I have noticed that if I have the econ on while I'm not moving it's not as cool as when I turn the econ off, and of course using the recycle mode keeps it cooler as well.

On a subject that may have something to do with this(or not), I'm wondering if anyone knows about (as with my mc forum says), when turning on the key, we should let all the "i" lights cycle though while the key is on but not yet started, which is in effect letting the cars computer run though it's booting process before actually starting?

I can see where it probably is not required since I'd guess most ppl don't do it. They would want to tell ppl if it was needed.
It would be nice if there was some info out about it.
The 1st time I became aware of it was from the mechanic in the shop of where I bought my newest bike, he said to let it boot 1st, and I just did a directed. It kind of makes since either way....
Comfirmation would be nice.....

Well... I went to the horses mouth, and talked to a mechanic at the
Honda dealership that is a specialist in the computer system area.

He said start normally and not to wait for it to boot, and according to his Honda class it was "recommended" to "not hesitate at all", although it's not going to hurt to go to stage 2 only for doing stuff(windows/etc.).

So that's it then! Glad we discussed it. Now I know it will function with no extra fu-fa from me.

This may be a silly question however i would like to know. On my BMW i had the AC would be on when cold air is desired and/or on heat. For example If I wanted it to be 74 degrees (warm) the AC would be activated anyway. There is an option to manually turn AC off however when I would press Auto, AC would come on.

On my civic, in the summer I would put AC on when i have cold temperature like 68, etc... Should I leave AC on in the winter when activating warm degree temperature as well?

Doing this is useful when the car starts to fog up. The AC will help pull the humidity out of the car. Make sure it is on recirculate though.
