I have a few meals i didnt post when i made them

Tomato and Mozzarella salad with balsamic vinegar

Fresh vegetables and andouille sausage with fresh corn

Garlic shrimp with tomatoes and red pepper flakes

Brisket and savory noodle kugel

Vegetarian eggplant lasagne

and ive been getting weekly practice with sourdough breads

I have a lot of fun with the Blacksburg farmers market, endless year round supply of seasonal veggies from local farms

My Grandmother has been known to get a bread in the mail periodically

i find it fun, and it probably wouldnt be as much fun if i was doing it for a living. I learned how to cook and bake from my mother, she cooks like this at home every meal
