I'm also working on the itinerary, it will be pretty basic, but I'm thinking a group drive Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. With a small group dinner at the cabin Friday and Saturday, night runs every night, and game room activities on Saturday.

It's a 10-11 hour drive for me and I've made it the last 7 years.

I don't know how many years I've been coming (4?) but I drive PAST the dragon to drop the wife off in Georgia with her family then I come back up to the dragon.

Swing by here on the way if you want. Drive part way one night, definitely tuesday cause im leaving wednesday, and you can crash here for the night. It'll break up the drive a bit for you. It's only 5 hours from here. Don't even have to leave super early either. Check-in isn't until 1 or 2pm anyway so you can get going at like 8-9am.
