Just wow.. I remember back a while ago in Sturgis, South Dakota I met Paul Jr. and Paul Sr (and some of the others Vinny, Mikie, ect). This was when they got big quick.

Found this: "The company claims he missed mortgage payments of $96,400 and $14,000 for July."
That's a HUGE mortgage payment!!

I'm guessing that 12 million is fees/interest on the back payments. If they missed payments for a year on it, it'd be like a million + interest/penalties/fees

"The lender financed Orange County Choppers' new headquarters in the Town of Newburgh with two mortgages, one for $11 million and another for $1.5 million. Supposedly the complaint and reason for the hard negotiations by OCC and its attorneys; the building was worth $12-$13 million then and now it’s only worth about $7-$8 million."
So it cost $12.5 million for the building... That's what it sounds to me..

Crazy $$$$$$!!!
The first show on 8/22 showed Senior going back to a large building he still owned from the original OCC Iron Works company but the big snow NY got this past winter collapsed the roof. He mentioned fixing it and just selling the property. For now they are still looking for a new location to move OCC. I think the small building they started out in 100 feet from PJD may be available, however, their building in Montgomery prior to this one has another company in it.
8/29 show the settlement was agreed upon, Junior sold his 20% ownership of OCC and got the Black Widow bike back. During the 9/5 show they went over to OCC to pick up the Black Widow. It was cool to see it next to the Anti-Venom which was the first bike he build as PJD. The next show on 9/12 PJD starts a bike for Gear of War 3 video game.

Yeah, saw part 1 & 2 earlier. Crazy how things have changed over the last 9 years.
