any info on this 9th gen front lip? (ikon style lip)

Looks like an ikon front lip but for some reason on the top picture, the lip extends upword on the sides.

I know its a very small difference but for me, it looks much better. Does anyone have any info on that lip?

after reading various comments, it seems like that specific lip left a lot of gaps. I messaged the IG of that red civic and he never responded. Do people really like to keep their stuff a secret so no one else does the same mods? haha
