Looking to get hpd 24mm rear sway bar but I can't due to not being a scca member.. Can someone help me??

I asked my buddy about the larger "mm" rear sway bar and scca restrictions and he hasn't heard of anything ..

he's looking for a scca member to buy HPD parts directly from honda.
they will not sell hpd parts directly to the public
