thanks ill check that outThe rims will just reduce the amount of sidewall on your tire. If you get a rim 2" bigger than what you have now...draw a line 1" larger around your current wheels. That area that is tire...will now be your new wheel. Your overall size won't change, or you'll mess up your odometer & speedometer.
Getting rid of the fender gap requires different springs or coilovers. Coilovers are adjustable to almost any height you want. Springs are a set rate of drop. They'll say : "lowers 1" front/rear", or 2" front/rear and so on.
Springs run around $250 a set, where coilovers run around $1k a set.
