Not the kind of news I want to hear. Last I looked (months ago) I was having a hard time finding a round red knob(or with red), heavy weight, and some sort of temperature insensitive qualities.

Flossy is hit or miss.... Huge problems on the Subi threads too. It made me stay clear of them.

Yea it took MONTHS to get my knob. They are impossible to get a hold of. They never answer the phone. I think it's just one guy working out of his house. He sucks. So slow. And I ordered and paid for 4 stickers with it. And only got one sticker. Emailed them and called multiple times to get it resolved. Never got a response. In the end I just cut my losses. And make sure everyone knows how much that company sucks.
It's a shame too because the knob is pretty nice. If you can find a used one. Grab it.
