Change Shifter on automatic Civic 2012 LX.

i have been searching all internet for that, can you guys help me figuring if its possible, i want to get a new one but before ordering i want to learn how to.

This is what my car currently have.

but i didn't choose a new one yet, i wanted to know if it was even possible first, because im really new in modding car and such, i work in IT so its really different haha.

ps: do you have any website where i can order that kind of stuff in canada ?, or a good one from usa that ship in canada ?.

Look very nice, but i would prefer to keep the gear indicator, i just wish i could change the top and keep the rest under it, should i message him to ask for help ?
