Does anyone know what wheels would be best to put on the car? I'm looking to reduce weight obviously. Any suggestions would be helpful i'm pretty new at all of this thank you.

A lot will depend on your budget. Enkei racing makes some lightweight wheels. Volk/gram light - much more expensive, but lightweight.

not sure if this link will hold up -
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/results.jsp?filterSize=All&filterFinish=All&filterBrand=All&filterWeight=W_00_16&autoMake=Honda&autoModel=Civic Sedan&autoYear=2012&autoModClar=LX&sort=Brand&filterNew=All&filterSpecial=false

that's for a sedan/civic/lx - all sizes of rims... weights up to 15lbs a wheel. You can adjust the settings on the left to include/remove whatever settings....or adjust weight.

That search resulted in 3 pages of wheels under 15lbs though. Bump the weight up to the next option and you can see what other styles are available.

Konig feathers have been one of the best light weight wheels for the buck.

It comes in gold, black, and silver. Here's a pic of it on an 8thgen:

Summer tire choices are dependent on how aggressive you plan on driving & how much you want to spend. Tirerack is a good tool to investigate your options.

I have the konig feathers also. A very nice decently light wheel for a good price. If you order from http://www.z1auto.com/, I got mine for $600 shipped with lug nuts and hubrings. 17lbs for a 17". They usually have black available. Just have to call for pricing.

They only come in 17x7.5" in a 45+ offset so it's a very safe size to run. It also gives you a lot of tire choices. Running a 225/45/17 fits well and your speedo will be dead on.

Where would be the best place to get Enkei RPF1's for the best price? I have been looking at those and i was looking at the volks but those are to much. lol.
As for summer tires for a set i wouldn't want to spend much for than 600? I just got the windows and tail lights tinted on my civic i'll post pictures later if you guys would like to see it not that it's anything exciting yet.

Thank you guys for all your help.

Best price ive seen for RPF1's is currently $912 for some 17x9's. $83 shipping to NY from CA. How wide did you want to go? Usually the RPF1 needs to be 9" wide before it gets that nice concave look to it.

They are having a sale right now at LSD motorsports. $1255 for 17x9 with falken 225/45 tires. Add another $100 for shipping.

I was looking on tirerack.com and I was looking at the black 17x 7 RPF1s w/ hankook v12's for 1400 for everything. Think I could do better than that with some more searching?
What would be better tho (17x7) or (17x7.5)?

totally up to you - for comparison the stock SI wheel is:

Bolt pattern: 5-114.3 (5-4.5")
Offset: +45mm
Wheel Size: 17x7

You'd be half an inch out towards the fender with a 7.5" which most people tend to go for. If you go with the 7", you'd basically be identical to how the SI wheel look stock width wise.

Hey PDUGG have you looked at the way the RPF looks in different widths? It is very different between a 7.5" wide and a 9" wide. A lot of the really good looking RPF images are of a 9" wheel.

Im limited on what I can pull up cause im at work but here's the RPF1 in a 17x7.5:

This is the nice concave look of the 17x9

Also this particular wheel tends to look smaller than others because the lip on it shortens the spoke.
