Actually that is in Georgia, definitely not Russia nowadays, but a interesting video none the less :) The fact that he posts those videos with his licence plate one shows he's either police or good friends with the police. Regardless how stupid that is doing it on the street he has some skills I have to say. There is a thrill of going crazy on public roads but the risks are far greater than the fun I would say.

Yeah and the day that idiot puts someone in the hospital or kills someone, I hope he gets what he deserves. That is really ****** up doing it in a public area like that..

He is an idiot for doing that but i guarantee he will be fine even if he kills a guy or two. Regular joes do that on the road they get stopped and fined/huge bribe fee in a matter of 30 mins max. That is not an average citizen.

Newspapers are full of rich people having car accidents drunk or not and walking free in all those countries. Same for foreign diplomats, military of any richer countries citizens and the list is long.
