Does it happen when it rain? Driving with the A/C on or off? What conditions are there when this problem occurs?

You can use a hose to check for water leaks but usually you want to take panels off in the suspected area to see the path of water travel. Front floor boards being wet can also be from the drain tube for the A/C being "kicked" or knocked off and having the condensation from the EVAP run into the car instead of out the bottom. A little more info would be helpful.

It doesn't rain much, so that's probably not it. I thought it was the A/C, but someone told me that if it was, then the passenger foot well would be wet for sure as well. Right now it's the drivers foot well and the driver's side backseat.

I had that issue on an older Civic of mine. Same exact areas of wetness, it turned out to be the seal around the windshield was leaking. You said it doesn't rain much, but you do wash your car. It could be from that.
