If your a commercial broker....maybe.
The building we are in was an old textile dye factory. Super high ceilings on all 3 levels and really thick exterior walls. There is also a cool old freight elevator that is all open but has been decommissioned and you walk through it to get in one of the buildings entrances.
Not a bad view from the rooftop....

Yes on the Xmas slippers....we had our ugly xmas sweater day at work today. These are just the people that participated.
