Fog light bumper frame broken

So last night I was walking out of the movie theatre and when I unlocked my car and my fog lights came on, I could immediately tell that there was something wrong, the entire frame for the fog light on my bumper was missing! Immediately I thought somebody tried to break in my bumper around the fog light to steal it but I do not believe that is the case anymore.

It seems as though somebody might have just barely brushed me in a parking lot because there are paint scratches. Regardless i think that I might be able to get a new fog log frame but I do not know a reputable place other than a dealer(which would easily over charge me) any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks! Now this is a stupid question, when I am ordering parts and looking for either the left or right side, is it when your looking at the car or the direction it is facing?

I just meant that when it says (R) or (L) on the honda part diagrams. Does R mean drivers side, or passenger side?

Left = driver
Right = passenger
