I recently thought i knew everything there was to know about the 2013 civic si and how they work, but still confused about something......do we have a header or a dp or both and what exactly are they 0_0

Click the downpipe link below my post. You can call it a header or downpipe, but it's essentially a single pipe from the head of the engine, to your exhaust. It's not a standard "header" with 4 individual exhaust ports. There is only 1 exhaust port on the engine

one more question, what exactly is an rbc manifold ? what purpose does it serve?

Replaces the stock plastic intake manifold runners with the 8th gen intake manifold. Greater air volume with the rbc, but you'll need hondata flashpro & a tune to take advantage of the gains.
