How do I swap the 9006 bulbs in headlights out?

Got a phone call from Underiner Honda in Billings, MT and they said the dealership I had bought the car from hired another company to install an added security system that was in charge of making the starter not start. The guys at the Montana dealership did a great job and turned my car around cleaner than I brought it in too by giving it a car wash Didnt pay a penny.

so did they tell you why it malfunctioned, or how to avoid that from happening in the future? A way to reset it?

They removed it for me. It was ment for car lots in california.
