Do you need to Install antenna? Do you need additional equipment or parts for the head unit or you just need to reprogram it?

you need the whole unit...and a bunch of other items. It's something like 4k at a "discount" from honda. I could look the part up, but it's like a 4800 msrp or something on just the head unit needed. It's not just a reprogramming thing.
