Low Fuel Gauge

Good evening all,
With two squares of fuel left, my fuel light comes on as everyone else's does I assume. I just want to know how many miles of gas are actually left in my tank, and/or how many miles one square represents. Thank you

Really depends on how you're driving the car. You could sit in vtec the whole time versus going on the highway at 55mph. Both would yield different mileage results. I recall someone saying they went like 30 miles without any bars left.

I've gone about 10 miles with no bars left and 0 miles until empty on the imid. But I wouldn't recommend that. Manufactures underrate the amount of fuel left because you have to have some left to cool and lubricate the fuel pump.

Yeah essentially. A number of miles before empty would be a cool feature to be added to the car in my opinion

It's not good for your fuel pump to be low on fuel.

They have that. You can change it on the imid to show how many miles until empty rather than the avg fuel mileage.

Its all in the demand of the skinny pedal lol ive gone no bars on digital gauge and got 20 more miles but after that is pushin it lol
