zomg! Yes I'm alright. My office shook very gently for about 30 seconds. I wasn't sure if it was something just with my building or an earthquake. Thank goodness it wasn't severe - this is one aspect of this area that I've been worried about.

yea, I saw some other people around vancouver saying it didn't really shake much. It was more west of the city. Glad it wasn't bad
