I'd say 6th Gen civic
It might be the angle or way the picture was edited but it kinda looks like a tiny model car in a miniature plastic world. Sweet car either way.

I seen a really nice 9th gen white hybrid today I wish I got a picture of but I was driving.
I am also digging those gas shocks for the hood.
