Morimoto XB LED fog light wont work

I just installed the Morimoto XB LED fog lights on Mubarak civic and only one of them will light up. Is there anything I can try to resolve this issue or is the light just defective?

Call up thereteofitsource and see what they say. They may have you test things, or they may just tell you to return them for a replacement.
