offset and width questions

Okay, there might be a thread similar to this (and if so im sorry) but I am currently having issues deciding on the size of wheels and tires for my 2012 Si. I plan on getting SBC RPF1's for it, the problem I have is I am a noob at wheel and tire fitment and I need some advice from others who know what they are talking about. I want to get 18's for it because i have never been a fan of 17" size wheels, so 17's are a LAST RESORT....

the ones i am currently looking at are:
1. Enkei RPF1 18x7.5 +48 5x114.3
2. Enkei RPF1 18x8 +35 5x114.3
3. Enkei RPF1 18x8.5 +30 5x114.3

I plan on putting a 225/35r18 or 215/35r18 size tire on it..

I am worried about rubbing, I am not lowered but i do plan on lowering in the future, not a lot just enough to get the tire in line with the edge of the fender.. any help or advice would be GREATLY APPRECHIATED! thanks and again sorry if there is already a thread similar to this..

The enkei RPF-1 is a very popular wheel. Keep in mind that the wheel looks very different in any size below 9" wide. Make sure that the picture you have seen of this wheel is in one of the widths you posted and is not the x9".
