Need some opinions.

Going to do a mini h1 morimoto retro and can't decide if I should paint the reflector black. If I had a black car I would for sure. What do you guys think? Low beam reflector

I generally think the blacked out reflector looks good. I would recommend clearing the corners and putting in an orange bulb. I think clear corners look very sharp.

I second the blacked back idea, I'm not a huge fan of the cleared look though. To each their own

black housing tends to show off the chrome projector more which some people want

i had no idea you could do that! that looks really good with the clear corners.

thanks for the opinions guys.. im not a flashy guy and like things to look oem for the most part although ive seen the black on black cars and really think it looks sharp.. just couldnt decide on my color.. what kind of paint are guys using? and matte finish or no?

not a big fan of the chrome on the front either.. might paint that as well

ill probably take out the orange as well.. its only one little reflector

use regular spray paint (rustoleum, krylon) from home depot as long as you body work the pieces correctly for the paint to stick. i would use high gloss since the car is brand new.
