Wifes car: 225/40/18's on HFP suspension, upgraded rear sway, endlinks, bushings,.... qualifies or just barely? No rubbing either, fender work done F & R.

18x8.75 +35 - the section width on a 225 is 9" so just slightly larger. The rim itself has a larger "lip" to make it look more stretched than it is. I suspect you are looking more for 235+ on 7.5/8" though.

Really can't wait to see some 9th gens in this thread. Really into the meaty and functional. Here's mine so far, really can't wait to get some 18x8.5 with at least a 235

Current specs buddy clubs 17x7 215/45 dropped 2.25 in the front and 2 inches in the rear. Hopefully income tax time I can upgrade to buddyclub coilovers and some nice light weight wheels like the enkei rpf1s.

They're 225/45/17 Nokian Hakka's with 15mm spacers front and 20mm rear.
