Replacing My Stock Wheels

I have a 2013 Civic LX Sedan and, while I love my car and the way it rides, I am NOT a fan of the stock wheels and wheel covers, so I am considering replacing them with some nice rims.

How do I figure out what size to look for? Also, what about the inflation monitoring system? Does it work with any kind of rims? Or do I need to look for special rims?

I would advise going through this thread - and see what look you like. Some people go flush to the fender, some go stock width - but go to a larger diameter, some go way wide and poke out of the fender area. It's all in what style you personally like.

most of the users say what the specs are (width/offset) in their post, or a few posts after the fact. Essentially any newer style rim will accept the tpms sensors without an issue.

I want to keep the same exact tire size as stock, since I like the way my car rides, so I am trying to figure out what size of rim to look for. Is it in the car specs somewhere?

I wish there was a better selection of 5 bolt 15"s out there. If I put new wheels on my LX, I would like to keep them original spec and ultra lightweight. Pretty much the only cost effective light wheels that don't cost $500 each are the slipstreams, and they don't look so great to me these days, and all those wheels on discounttiredirect or tirerack are utter rubbish.

Yeah, Focal are an awful brand. cheap look/finish and material/build quality and the same goes for those Sport Edition monstrosities. Those Enkei classic 92 are okay, and while they work on 4th and 5th gen hatches, they aren't made for these generational times at all. The Motegi SP10's, however are quite passable.

I would very much love to have SSR Professor SP1R or Comp Type C though, but like I said, they cost a fortune and to me kinda seems really improper to put such expensive wheels on a Civic that isn't going to be modified or raced.

I still want to slightly modify the exterior aesthetic tastefully and true to form, so I'm still looking for the perfect combination of wheel and suspension that looks mildy more aggressive, yet doesn't try too hard.
