should i rebalance my new si wheels and tires before using them

hi just bought brand new si wheels and tires that were dealer take off for someone that a set of hfp rims. my question is should i waste the money to have them rebalanced before using them? doesnt know if this factor in but they where dismounted over 2 weeks ago

you'll be fine to put them on the car. The only time you need to worry about that is if the tire is off the rim. In fact you should see wheel weights on the rim itself.
