Where is the green glow coming from?

It's coming from the bulb at the top of the post on the left. I think the bulb gives off a different shade for some reason. It might be my camera distorting the shade a little too.

at first I thought they had like a green rope light or something setup to alert you of an edge to a drop off or something.

Beautiful day in Revelstoke yesterday. About 10cm (4") of fresh and great riding all day at the top of the mountain but it was getting pretty warm further down and the snow was getting wet and heavy. Might be nearing the end of the season this year
