I see no option on the Skunk2 site for their alpha header with a HFC.

From their website:

The one piece design eliminates the need for the catalytic converter maximizing air flow and allowing for maximum power. Uses factory mounting locations for the OEM O2 sensors. No modifications are needed as it is a direct bolt-on unit to the OEM exhaust cat-back location.

I see that too... Its funny cause mine has one on it... I know it eliminates the second cat. Is this not the high flow cat?

Flex pipe section. Not a cat. It allows the system to move and relieve stress. No worries man. I wish it had one for the kind of gains it makes.

I guess i'm illegal then lol. I swear the website I bought it off of said it had a high flow cat... oopsy
