no just lots of bed rest and there excersises i will have to do. will probably stay at my sisters for 2 weeks so both jack and i are looked after. another bonus to styaing at my sisters is no one can bother me with visits.

back from hospital,in way less pain than i was this morning. everything worked out well now teh recovery process begins

but the best part is that you're already in less pain, and you just had surgery... that's should be a huge boost of confidence that you're on the mend

yeah i mentally feel better now that the naggin pain is out of my leg, i am in a bit of pain due to where they cut me open but it is more tolerable then the leg pain.

wow... that's wild that a cut hurts less than your leg did. So glad you're feeling better. No more walker!

well they sliced me open, moved over some mucsles and then drilled part of the vertabrae away to get at the disc. then they shaved the disc.

I feel soo much relief pain wise and mentally feel on top of the world. Spent my day today building legos.

i have already noticed a big difference, i am going to fully enjoy my next 6 weeks off work alot.
