Ok, so I couldn't get pictures because I made the zip-ties too tight. I just zip-tied the license plate to the inner lower grille...it might be a little harder for you because you have an Si where I have the whole lower grille section available for zip ties

You have to drill into your bumper with those, don't you?

Good luck with that my friend, it sucks for us because most cars like BMW's have those tow hook locations where the relocation bracket would screw in
