Ya, I though the centre cap looked like a BMW, but then I made the mistake of zooming in and it looked like an H. And ya, my eyesight is not the best. Haha^^

Not saying he shouldn't park near a hydrant....... but I do see an option they could have taken, there's several other plugs they could have used....... like the one pointing towards the front of the car, then the hose wouldn't kink, or the time it took to rout it through two windows............. Looks like a case of, "we'll show you what happens if you block us".........
Just saying......... I sure don't park near them.(double fines and higher for parking in fire/handicapped).
